This morning I purchased three dozen assorted roses from Crouch Florists for my Mammaw to be delivered same day later in the afternoon/evening (this much was verified and delivery was assured). They lady who answered my call took down my credit card information and my Mammaw's home address. They charged me a total $268.00 and said it would be there in 4-5 hours. The first Red Flag was when she asked me to text her the personal note for the card because I guess she didn't want to take it down over the phone for some reason at first although she ended up doing that in the end. TWO Hours later these people have the balls to call me and tell me 1) They need and ADDITIONAL $75.00 on top of the $268.00 dollars they quoted me for and charged me for and 2) that oh yeah the flowers were not going to be delivered today and the soonest they could get there was tomorrow. I told them NO I'm going to be extorted for an extra seventy five bucks especially when the flowers couldn't even be delivered on the day which said they could be delivered by. I asked the manger why they didn't tell me the correct price in the beginining and she had no good answer. The manager got into an argument with me c

I ordered flowers for my sister’s graduation at the last minute, and they exceeded every expectation! They were incredibly kind, honored all of my special requests despite the short notice, and created a beautiful arrangement that became the centerpiece of the celebration. Even though I couldn’t be there in person, they made me feel like I was part of the occasion. Truly grateful for the care and thoughtfulness they put into everything!

No show on delivery for Mother’s day flowers. No notice that they would not be delivered. When I called after the fact they told me they don’t deliver to my mom’s house which is 30 minutes away from the location. She said they outsourced to another florist (which is also 30 minutes away from my moms) and then told me they must have been at capacity. I purchased these flowers a week before and that would have been nice to know so I could have gone to a different florist. Also when purchasing the flowers, that date should have been greyed out or told me they don’t deliver there. I would avoid this place.

Exceptional Flower Service! I ordered last-minute flowers for my wife’s birthday after 1 a.m. through their online site. I was able to select a pickup time, and since the store opens at 9 a.m., I chose that time. Within just 30 minutes of opening, they already had my flowers ready for pickup! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and my wife was extremely happy. I highly recommend their service for anyone in need of gorgeous flowers and reliable, fast turnaround. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I have used Crouch multiple times and they always do a great job. Its a nice shop and the staff is helpful. They are great are incorporating in sentimental pieces into your arrangement in a unique way if you request it. A teammate of my son passed away and they made an amazing arrangement in team colors and built it around their championship rugby ball. I highly recommend Crouch for something more than just your average bouquet!
